Tutorial: Fast and Easy Way to Make Arm Props

Welcome to my first ever Walfas Tutorial. I know arm-to-prop tutorials have been done before, but I believe this to be the fastest method possible to make a posable arm prop for any character that doesn't have any. I hope my fellow Walfasers find it useful, even if you don't use Game Maker 8.
